あらすじ（英語）

An overweight man improves his diet and begins to exercise on a stationary bicycle, which he places in front of a bucolic roadway scene which he painted. However, the scene begins to change to reflect the imaginary miles he travels, and a work crew in a truck appears, who he believes is the work crew inside his body formerly charged with maintaining it despite his unhealthy habits.
