あらすじ（英語）
Miles and his space fleet need money, repairs, R&R, all sorts of things. It seems a good idea to get everything on Earth. But it all turns out to be much more complicated than expected. And it's not optimal to have Miles Vorkosigan (stationed at the Barrayaran embassy) and Miles Naismith (dealing with problems for the fleet) so close together. So Miles invents a third version of himself, a clone.
